Next week, Crab & Mermaid Fish Shop will open its doors to the public, bringing oyster shooters, tuna poke, and crab cakes to Old Town Scottsdale. The restaurant, which is located at 4218 North Scottsdale Road, comes from Square One Concepts, the same folks behind Cold Beer & Cheeseburgers and Wasted Grain.
Chef Issac Carter will head up the kitchen, bringing years of experience working with chef Todd English to the new restaurant. Well-known local mixologist Richie Moe has created the Crab & Mermaid cocktail menu.
The restaurant will open to the public on Thursday, March 24 at 3 p.m. You can view a preliminary menu below.
