Ahipoki Bowl is coming to Scottsdale

Ahipoki Bowl

California-based restaurant Ahipoki Bowl is coming to the Valley, specifically to 2805 North Scottsdale Road, near the intersection of Scottsdale and Thomas roads.

The fast-casual restaurant lets diners customize their own poke bowl — think Chipotle, but instead of filling your tortilla with meat, beans, and salsa, you get to fill your bowl with rice, raw fish, sauce, and toppings. Fish options include tuna, spicy tuna, octopus, shrimp, and more, which can be dressed in a variety of sauces and then topped with anything from wasabi and daikon to seaweed and cucumber.

Ahipoki bowl is a California coastal kitchen serving the freshest ahi poke seafood with the only the best ingredients and spices inspired by the diversity of people and culture from local California communities. Ahipoki’s Japanese and Hawaiian fusion cuisine is made to your order every time and served right before your eyes.

Dishes are sourced from the freshest and highest quality ingredients, cleaned, cut and prepared to meet the highest standards of quality of seafood. But beyond the quality we guarantee with every poke dish we serve at ahipoki bowl, we promise to deliver an affordable poke experience unlike any other.

For more information about the restaurant, visit the Ahipoki Bowl website, and for updates about the Scottsdale location, check out the Ahipoki Bowl Scottsdale Facebook page.
