Denver-based breakfast concept Snooze, an A.M. eatery, is planning to open at the Ahwatukee Foothills Towne Center at 4901 E. Ray Road, slated for September or October.
The new location will be the fifth Valley location for the restaurant chain, and will seat 147 inside and 36 outside.
Founded by brothers Jon and Adam Schlegel, Snooze was born on April 2, 2006 in Denver, Colorado seeking to evolve the A.M. dining experience through culinary innovation, an eclectic and energetic atmosphere and comfortable and friendly service.
“We believe that the Ahwatukee area and I-10 & Ray Road, in particular, is one of the top trade areas in Greater Phoenix. We are excited to bring Snooze to this area and think this is an engaging and exciting community for us to get involved in.”
