Blue Bunny Launching Ice Cream Food Truck In Phoenix

Blue Bunny, the ice cream has announced it is launching two ice cream “food trucks,” with one making stops throughout the greater Phoenix area.

Blue Bunny’s truck will offer four flavors of cookies made fresh to order, along with ice cream and toppings to create ice cream sandwiches.

Phoenix is only one of two cities that will have the truck, along with Orlando.

“Phoenix is a lively and active city, especially this time of year,” said local truck manager Keegan Quinn, “The unique ice cream truck is the perfect opportunity for Blue Bunny to surprise people. The truck takes the traditional ice cream sandwich experience to the next level with fresh-baked cookies and many ways to customize each cool treat.”

The truck will make an appearance at the Second Friday in downtown Mesa at 101 W. Main St. on Friday, Feb. 10 and at the Street Eats Festival at Salt River Fields at Talking Stick at 7555 N. Pima Road on Saturday, Feb. 11.
