To begin your journey toward Easter food nirvana, spread chocolate chips evenly in a skillet, and don’t be afraid to add some more chocolate if necessary. Pour warmed heavy cream over the chips, which when in the oven will help develop a ganache-like base that will “ooze and aw” when paired with the softened marshmallows perched a top.
As for the top, feel free to get creative with assembling the collection of duck (or bunny) shaped marshmallows. This is your chance to ombré your food! Then all you do is put the skillet in the oven to make everything perfectly melty. If it’s taking a little too long to brown after eight minutes in the oven, turn your broiler on to high and keep a close watch to make sure nothing burns. And don’t forget to stock up on graham crackers as your dippers.
