We are proud to announce the opening of our new restaurant, The Rogue Tomato, in Glendale, Arizona. The City of Glendale’s mayor, Jerry Weirs, performed the ribbon cutting ceremony at 5pm on Monday, February 22, 2016.
Chef/owners Devin Delnicki and Shane Copeland look forward to providing the northwest valley with an exceptional upscale casual dining experience that will consistently exceed their guests’ expectations.
The Rogue Tomato will be showcasing modern American cuisine with Sonoran influences. Our lunch and dinner menus feature fresh, familiar, and creative bistro-style dishes. Guests will taste our great Arizona flavors like citrus, pecans, mesquite and the ever ubiquitous chili pepper mixed with influences from around the globe. Upon entering, diners will be greeted by an industrial/urban decor that compliments the rugged southwest.
We offer wine on tap featuring a considerable “by the glass” offering, including an eclectic list of specialty wines from California, Germany, Italy and Chile. Cask wine is a growing trend due to the varietal definition, freshness, eco-kindness, and the ability to maintain the integrity of the wine.
The cocktail list will spotlight our own custom cocktails paired with our dinner entrees, while our beer menu will include a few classic selections along with exciting and carefully selected craft beer offerings.
The Rogue Tomato is the work of two chefs frustrated by the constraints put on them by corporate kitchens. Tired of working for the man, the two chefs resolved to strike it out on their own. Chef Devin is a Le Cordon Bleu Scottsdale graduate, landing his first position at the prestigious L’Auberge de Sedona resort. That position set the foundation Devin still builds on today; the best ingredients, prepared without compromise. Chef Shane’s cooking experience spans over fifteen years working under notable chefs in Tucson and Sedona. His acquired cooking style is deeply rooted in his Arizona heritage.
Located in the Arrowhead Ranch Plaza at 18561 N. 59th Ave #122, Glendale, the restaurant seats 103 in the dining room and 35 on the patio.
